At piXelmart , customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the policy below for refunds and replacements.
💯 1. 100% Refund Window
- We offer a 100% refund for eligible requests made within 7 days of purchase/booking.
- A full refund is also applicable if the service is not delivered as described in the listing scope.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
🚫 2. No Return Policy
- We do not accept returns of products/services for reasons like “Not Required” or “Not Liked”.
- Most offerings are custom, time‑bound, or service-based; hence physical returns aren’t feasible.
🔁 3. Full Replacement (Damaged/Defective)
- If a product is received damaged or defective, we provide a full replacement at no extra cost.
- Raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue and unboxing, if available.
- Replacement is not applicable when the item/service matches the listing description/specifications.
🧭 4. How to Request Refund or Replacement
- Email us at pixelmartllp@gmail.com with your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach evidence: photos/videos for product issues or a short note showing service vs. listing mismatch.
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility. Approved refunds/replacements will be processed promptly.

- Requests beyond the 7‑day refund window or 48‑hour damage report window.
- Change of mind, personal preference, “Not Required/Not Liked”, or when delivery matches the listing.
- Missing or insufficient proof for damage/defect or service‑mismatch claims.
📌 6. Notes
- For bookings with third‑party vendors on piXelmart, platform decisions on eligibility are final after reviewing evidence.
- Processing timelines may vary on bank/gateway side after we issue the refund.
📌 7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision..
