Data Deletion Instructions

1. The authorisation you granted - the access token, a refresh token where the platform issues one, when it expires, the permissions you approved and the date you connected. It is encrypted before it is saved, tied to your piXelmart account, and never sent to your browser.
2. The figures read from your accounts - follower, post and subscriber counts, engagement and reach - kept against your account, with one reading a day for up to 90 days so a change can be shown.
3. For clients, the list of Pages, locations and channels last read from your connection, and which one you chose for piXelmart to work on.
4. For clients who turn on publishing, whether the switch is on, who changed it and when, and for each post piXelmart published for you: the post’s id, its link and the date.

piXelmart never receives or stores your password on any platform, and never reads your private messages. What it may read is set out, permission by permission, in Your Connected Accounts and in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.

This stops piXelmart’s access at once, without visiting piXelmart:

• Facebook and Instagram - Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → remove piXelmart.
• Google Business Profile and YouTube - Google Account → Third-party apps & services → remove piXelmart.

The copy piXelmart stored is not erased by this on its own - use step 2 or 3 for that.

Partners - press Disconnect beside the account in “Fill your profile from your account” on partner.pixelmart.in/join/. Disconnect does three things straight away:

• withdraws piXelmart’s permission at Facebook or Google;
• permanently deletes the stored authorisation;
• re-reads your figures, so that platform’s numbers stop showing on your profile.

Earlier daily readings are kept until you ask for them to be deleted (step 3). Nothing on Facebook, Instagram, Google or YouTube is deleted - only what piXelmart was holding.

Posts piXelmart published for you stay on your Page and Instagram until you delete them there. Disconnecting, or deleting your data here, does not remove them - they are your posts, and only you can take them down on Facebook or Instagram.

Clients and creators on pixelmart.in - a connected account there is changed by piXelmart, so work in progress is never left pointing at an account nobody agreed. Press Disconnect in Your Connected Accounts and it tells you so, or write to us (step 3), and we disconnect it for you - the same three things as above. Step 1 always works immediately in the meantime.

Email pixelmartLLP@gmail.com from the address on your piXelmart account, with the subject Delete my data, and say which platform - or everything. We delete the authorisation, the figures and daily readings, the lists of Pages, locations and channels, and the publishing switch and its record of posts, and confirm by email when it is done. We aim to complete a request within seven days, and never take longer than thirty.

Ask in the same email. Deleting your account deletes every connection and everything listed above with it. Orders and invoices are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, and nothing else is.
