At piXelmart, we connect customers with verified service providers. Since we deal in digital and professional services, returns work differently from physical products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
✅ 1. Service Booking Cancellation
Customers can cancel a service before work starts and get a 100% refund (after payment gateway deductions, if any).
If work has already started, refund eligibility depends on service stage & vendor policy.
❌ 2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
Service is fully delivered as per agreed scope
Delay happened due to client’s non-response or missing inputs
Client changes mind after work completion
Custom / personalized services have already begun
🔄 3. Revision Instead of Refund
If client is not satisfied:
We first encourage free revision as per vendor’s policy
Refund is considered only if:
Vendor fails to deliver
Work quality is significantly different from agreed scope
💳 4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
Refund will be credited to original payment method only
