Welcome to piXelmart, a content creator & service provider marketplace operated by piXelmart. By registering, listing, or using our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

📖 1. Definitions

  • Platform – Refers to the piXelmart website and related services.
  • Vendor / Creator / Service Provider – Any individual or business listing their services or products on piXelmart.
  • Client / Buyer – Any person booking or purchasing services/products through piXelmart.
  • Booking – Any confirmed order or service request made via the platform.

📝 2. Registration & Eligibility

  • Registration is free during the Prelaunch Offer period.
  • Vendors must provide accurate details including full name, contact information, service details, and payment account details.
  • No GST Number is required for registration; however, vendors must comply with local tax laws as applicable.
  • Vendors must be 18 years or older to use the platform.

📌 3. Service Listing Guidelines

  • Vendors may list only genuine and legal services or products.
  • Listings must include accurate descriptions, pricing, and deliverables.
  • Misleading, plagiarized, or false content will result in listing removal and account suspension.
  • piXelmart reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any listing.

💳 4. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are processed via piXelmart’s secure payment gateway.
  • Instant booking and scheduled booking features are available.
  • piXelmart charges a 5–10% commission per confirmed booking.
  • Payments to vendors will be released after successful delivery of the service/product and client confirmation.
  • Payouts are processed within 2–5 business days after approval.

❌ 5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel bookings based on vendor-defined cancellation policies.
  • Refunds will be processed according to the vendor’s cancellation terms and piXelmart’s policies.
  • In disputes, piXelmart will mediate but the final decision rests with piXelmart’s management.

📋 6. Vendor Obligations

  • Deliver services/products as promised in the listing.
  • Maintain professionalism and timely communication with clients.
  • Avoid off-platform deals that bypass piXelmart’s payment system.
  • Follow all applicable laws, including copyright laws.

⚖️ 7. Limitation of Liability

  • piXelmart acts only as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for service/product quality or legality.
  • Vendor and client disputes should be resolved directly first.

🔒 8. Termination

  • piXelmart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or misconduct.

♻️ 9. Changes to Terms

  • piXelmart may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
