Refund Policy – piXelmart

At piXelmart, we connect customers with verified service providers. Since we deal in digital and professional services, returns work differently from physical products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

✅ 1. Service Booking Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel a service before work starts and get a 100% refund (after payment gateway deductions, if any).

  • If you are not satisfied with our work, you get a 100% refund – request it within 7 days of the order date.

❌ 2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Ad spend – money spent on Meta, Google or any other ad platform is paid to that platform and cannot be refunded.

  • Requests after 7 days – a refund must be requested within 7 days of the order date; after that time limit, no refund is given.

  • Influencer, model and other booking amounts – the booking amount is not refundable. If the influencer or model cancels your booking, you can choose another one, or get a 100% refund.

🔄 3. Not Satisfied? 100% Refund

  • If you are not satisfied with our work, piXelmart gives you a 100% refund.

  • If a partner does not deliver your work on time, piXelmart gets it done by another partner free of charge, or gives you a 100% refund – your choice.

💳 4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund will be credited to original payment method only

🛡️ 5. piXelTrust™ Protection

Your payment is held securely under piXelTrust™ and released to the partner only after service delivery confirmation. piXelTrust™ also stands behind this policy: a 100% refund if you are not satisfied, and a free redo by another partner or a 100% refund if a partner misses your deadline.

👤 6. Who Is Responsible

Partners on piXelmart are independent professionals, but your agreement is with piXelmart, and piXelmart is answerable for the work. Refunds follow this policy, not each partner’s own terms.
